PAYMENTS

What payment methods can I use?

We accept the following methods of payment: Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard), PayPal,direct deposit into our bank account, personal or business cheque (in-store only). All cheque payments require 5 days to clear prior to shipment. All payments are in AUD.

Please note: goods will not be dispatched until full payment has been received by Minkz.

Will my payment details be secure?

When purchasing from Minkz your financial details are passed through a secure server using the latest 128 bit SSL (secure sockets layer) encryption technology. 128 bit SSL encryption is approximated to take at least one trillion years to break and is the industry standard. If you have any questions regarding our security policy please contact our customer support at support@minkz.com.au

Does Minkz offer payment free terms?

Yes, we are pleased to be offering our clients interest free finance (in-store Only). We provide approved applicants with a minimum of 6 months interest free on all orders over $500 made in store. For more info please contact info@minkz.com.au or see our Interest Free page

How can I use a gift certificate?

All Minkz Gift Certificates are redeemable for merchandise only. Gift Certificates can be used online, in store or over the phone.

Gift vouchers and credit notes expire after 12 months from the invoice date.

ORDERING

How do I order online?

If you would like to purchase a product, click on the “Buy Now” to add it to your shopping cart. You can add as many products as you like to your shopping cart, and edit the quantities and products by clicking on “My cart” in the top right hand corner of the page. When you would like to proceed to payment, click on the Check out button to finalise your purchase order.

What happens after I place my order online?

After your order is placed online, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details. If any of your items are out of stock or we are unable to process payment, we will contact you within 2 business days of receiving your order.

After your items have been picked up from our warehouse to be delivered to you, we will notify you via email address provided to us that they are on their way.

How do I see my order information once I’ve placed my order?

You can access your invoice from the My Account page once you have processed your order.A confirmation email with your order information will also be sent to your email address. If you have misplaced your confirmation email you are able to log into your account from the website and view your past orders where you will be able to access and print off your invoice.

Can I change or cancel my order after I’ve placed it?

If you wish to change your order after completing the transaction you may get in contact with our Customer Service team via telephone on 1300 646 591 (extension 3) or via email support@minkz.com.au

Can I find all Minkz  products on this website?

No, we have many more items in our showrooms that are not on our website. If you are looking for anything that you can’t find, please come in-store and speak to one of our consultants, call 1300 646 591 or email support@minkz.com.au

Can I view your products in person?

Yes, of course. We have 2 Minkz Furniture & Homewares Locations in Western Australia where you can view our fantastic range of furniture and homewares. Please note we do not carry our entire range on display in our showrooms, please call ahead to ensure your product is available. Find your nearest store here.

Can Minkz help me with decorating my home?

We’d love to! We understand that decorating your home can be daunting task but our interior designers would love nothing more than helping you style rooms you’ll love for years to come. Visit our Interior Design Service page to find out how you can engage one of our experts to assist you.

Can I order a gift certificate online?

Gift certificates can be the perfect present to show someone you care while allowing them to choose something they really want. We currently sell gift certificates at increments of $20, $50, $100 and $200. Please Click Here to purchase one of our gift certificates today. If purchasing online please allow 1 business day for the voucher to be created and sent to you.

DELIVERY

Where does Minkz ship to?

We are able to deliver to any address within Australia. Unfortunately we are not able to ship internationally. Alternatively, you can organise for your order to be picked up from our Osborne Park – WA warehouse. If your address is outside standard zones you may need to call 1300 646 591 or email support@minkz.com.au to organise the delivery.

When can I expect my order?

Your location and order size will impact on the speediness we can get your order to you. Provided all items are in stock, delivery lead times are as follows:

NSW, VIC, QLD and ACT metro areas between 5 and 12 business days.

Perth and Adelaide metro areas between 3 and 10 business days.

Non-metro areas (including Hobart and Cairns & Rotto!) between 12 and 18 business days.

Can I pick up my order?

Yes. Any order can be collected from our Perth Osborne Park warehouse and, of course, at no charge.
Pick-up times are Mon-Fri 9am-3pm Saturday 9am-12pm

Orders consisting of non-bulky (under 30kgs) goods can be transferred to one of our showrooms for pickup, also at no charge. Please note that we only carry limited stock at these showroom locations. If you would like to have your order transferred to a showroom for pickup, this will need to be pre-arranged and is available for non-bulky items only.

Please note: We carry a limited amount of stock in all of our showrooms. However if you would like to pick up items from a Minkz showroom, this will need to be pre-arranged so the goods can be transferred from our warehouse if necessary.

Can I get someone to assemble my furniture for me?

For Purchases at a Minkz retail store

We do offer a premium delivery and assembly service for metro Perth. The Minkz delivery team will go to your home or office, unpack and assemble your goods, and remove any rubbish. Please contact our customer service team on 1300 646 591 or at info@minkz.com.au for a quote

Deliveries outside of the Metro area are done by an outside freight company, and fall in-line with conditions of Online purchase deliveries seen below.

For Online Purchases:

Unless otherwise stated, Minkz’ furniture does not come fully assembled to reduce freight cost to our clients and the chances of the items being damaged. All our products include simple step by step instructions on how to assemble. Please call our warehouse directly on 08 94462006 if you require information regarding specific item assembly. .
