We are in love with our new apartment!
We would like to extend our gratitude to the Minkz team for the professional fit-out on our holiday penthouse in Mandurah. It was such a modern apartment we wanted it to be finished off the same way.
We dropped by Minkz to have a look, but there were so many products we did not really know where to start. We met Craig at the store and he was very helpful and offered to drop by and have a look at our apartment on his way home. He told us that together with his design team they could put together a beautiful package that would meet our requirements and suit the apartment.
After putting together a package and agreeing on a budget, we gave Craig the keys to our apartment. We live in Perth so it was so nice to come down for Christmas and to see that our apartment had been set up beautifully. We were very impressed with everything. Craig and the team had selected and installed, plus all the artwork they had hung, made the beds and even cleaned our apartment ready for our arrival. We would not hesitate in recommending Minkz Furniture Fitouts to our friends.
We absolutely love our new apartment! We would sincerely like to thank Craig, Fiona and the team from Minkz for everything.

Outstanding Customer Service
I would like to take this opportunity to acknowledge the outstanding customer service I experienced at Minkz, Osborne Park, in particular the Branch Manager, Audrey. I found that, whether you have a modern, contemporary or old house, Minkz can assist with the purchase of large items or small personal effects you need for the finishing touches that makes your home feel warm and cosy.
Prior to my initial contact with Minkz, I was recommended to look at using a service they offer, an Interior Decorator. In my case I had Audrey who came out to the home and listened to the concepts I had in mind and give me additional ideas. The decision to upgrade furniture and keep to a budget was harder than first thought. From the beginning to the end of the process I never felt I was wasting her time. It took a couple of changes and finally after a few months we were able to settle with “Plan B” and order the furniture. Nothing was too much trouble for Audrey. Even now after 6 months, I could still walk into Minkz, Osborne Park and be known to the staff. My overall experience with Minkz has been excellent. Thank you.

Extra Gold Stars for the Delivery team
We took delivery of our lovely dining and coffee table this morning and we would like to give you more feedback. All of your shops are well presented but we opted to purchase from Osborne Park Store. However, extra gold stars must go to the two young delivery men. Although they focussed on getting the job done, they were both extremely helpful and had a lovely attitude towards us and their work, paying attention to detail of fixing the furniture correctly and clearing up, even apologising for a few bits of packaging mess. This attitude is so uncommon nowadays and we really wanted to pay tribute to it, as it needs to be rewarded and preserved. It is getting to be such a tough market for retailers but by you maintaining your emphasis on quality products, reasonable pricing and the service which we have experienced, you are one step ahead. Thank you so much for the gift, we will happily put the glasses to good use, and the discount voucher.

Incredible job done on investment property
I just wanted to send a quick email on behalf of my parents and to you and the team at Minkz Osborne Park for the incredible job you did furnishing our investment property in the city.
You were fantastic in helping us choose the furniture from a huge selection within the store while listening to the style and overall look we wanted to achieve.
The team delivered and installed all the furniture right on time and with your follow up and keen eye had everything positioned perfectly for prospective tenants.
In the two years we have owned the apartment, it has only been vacant one week and achieved incredible high returns. I believe this is down to the appealing style of the apartment driven by the furnishings and location.

“I love Minkz’ presentation and layout. It is very inviting. You never ever want to leave the store when you get in there. You can find so many wonderful ideas.
The best thing about my Minkz interior design experience was that I didn’t have to worry or stress about anything. Just gave the girls an idea of my colours and what I was looking for. I am very busy running my own business and I did not have the time to be worrying about all of that .
It was all done and it was all done very professionally and it looks absolutely beautiful.

It was what I expected – Nothing but the best. The girls were wonderful who put the concept together. I enjoyed the fact of being able to come and see the layout first to get an idea of how it was all going to look-which is really good. Instead of just rocking up at your place with the furniture. This gives you a chance to see everything, and if there is something you don’t like, the girls can help you with ideas and change it.
The delivery boys were very professional. They put extra care in looking after each individual item. All rubbish taken away.

“What I loved about Minkz is the actual layout of the store. I’ve never seen a store layout so lovely with everything in it’s place. It’s great.. It made it easy……It made it hard because you didn’t know what you wanted.
When asked ‘What was it that you liked about your Interior design fit out?’- There wasn’t anything that I didn’t like. Everything chosen suited. It suited everything. I knew the interior designers would come up with such great ideas, because they are so good at it.
The whole process was easy. We just gave a couple of colours and went from there. The girls who put it together were fabulous. We were just told when it was ready. Pay for it and it’s yours. I wouldn’t go into another house without Minkz doing it again. I’m just waiting for the next one.
My home turned out more than I hope for actually… as it was quite a big unit, and it just worked, it really did It looks just fabulous!! We are selling the unit and it has made a lot easier. The comments we’ve got from people are brilliant. That’s how we are marketing the unit- with the furniture. It just makes it. Compared to the other apartments we’ve seen in the same building, it stands out.
Delivery and installation was done while I wasn’t even there. It was all in place and spotless when we arrived at the unit. Everything was done to a high degree of professionalism.
The range of product was just too much. Tell Fiona she’s got to stop shopping.
I got Minkz in to do the fit out, because I get so confused with everything. When the girls come out to your home, once they’re in your home, they know what to put into a room. They also know- as I have bits and pieces and it makes it easy when they know what you’ve go and what they can use, otherwise you get in there and you are totally confused because there is so much nice stuff there.
I found the quality great, I see things put into the house and go and get more once in my home as I just love it. The prices are reasonable for the quality.
I tell everyone where to go. It’s just a shame my apartment in so small in South Perth that I can’t fit more in.
What makes Minkz different to everyone else is I think, the service on a whole. I’m a big fan on servicing your clients. I cant fault anything.

“I was in Minkz one day and asked one of the staff if she knew of any local interior designers. To my surprise, she told me Minkz offered the service I booked a consultation and had the girls out to help me. It was everything I asked for, which was great, the girls listened to what to want.
My house turned out fantastic. I absolutely loved it. Everybody that comes through the door-even now anyone who hasn’t been before, when they come through, they always say they love the interior design and they décor and everything that is in my home now, which is all the stuff you did. Everyone always raves about it. It all worked out really well.
At the time, I was not really too sure what to expect because I had ideas of what I wanted, but of coarse I needed somebody, like you to kind of put it all together and give me advise on what things go together and what things don’t go together.
There was plenty to choose from. Minkz has lots of modern interesting looking pieces Everything was good quality and I was pretty happy with the price. I did have a budget. I wasn’t too sure what it was going to cost me, I wouldn’t say it was cheap, but when I compare it to other places, it was fairly reasonably priced. I got a lot for my money.
It was good how everything was together. It was also good how you took photo’s, went away, came up with ideas. I found it was all very easy for me. I also got a lot of good advise from you.

“I wish to write in great praise of your extraordinary store. On a recent visit to the area (holidaying from Victoria) we passed by your store and were immediately drawn in. Having just completed building our house all the way back in Victoria, we had been looking and agonising over the interior for months, spending countless hours in and out of other stores back in Melbourne and not getting anywhere. Within seconds of entering the store we were captured by the look, feel and unique products available. Because of the way they were displayed, we could easily picture them in our own home.
We walked in simply to browse, however we walked out wishing we could take your girls and the furnishings back to Victoria – and then we did! After a quick phone call home to check measurements your team went to work and created our new master piece. From the large furnishings to the small accessories that add the final touch, everything was taken care of.
By the time we arrived back from our holiday our new house was finally a home, everything had been taken care of; freight, delivery and installation. The whole thing is a reflection on our personalities and our friends are amazed. Not only what a difference it has made to our home but that it was all so simple. You really made the process such an enjoyable experience.

It was easy
“What I love about Minkz is the modern furnishings. Everything we’ve been looking for, we could find in the one spot. That is a really big draw card for us. We’d been looking around for a long time for different sorts of furniture.
We could not find what we wanted down here so when we found your store, we were over the moon.
Minkz design team formed the ideas based on we wanted. Then came up with exactly what we were after.
We called Minkz in for an interior design consultation for our new house. We wanted our brand new house to look good. They started from scratch. We loved going into the store. You know that from all the times we went in there. We could have a look and see what was around and point out what we liked. You then took it on board and wrote down what we liked and wanted and put it into a package that worked for us. Every step of the way. We really enjoyed dealing with you. It was easy. We didn’t have to search around any more. It was great It was comforting knowing you had somewhere you could go to- a design professional as well. That was really good.
The end product was amazing! I loved it. It was probably a little bit better than we expected. Everyone we dealt with through the whole process has been very helpful, everyone was willing to do the right thing for us and basically get it right for us. Any thing I sort of said ‘hmmm I’m not happy with..’ – was whisked away and then we got it replaced with something we did like. So it was awesome. The only thing I was not happy about was –not having enough money to spend more.
Even down to the delivery boys, the whole process was good. The delivery boys were very friendly and always out with a laugh and a smile. It was amazing. The delivery boys and one of the girls came in, put it all together in and it was all done and ready for us when we came home. It was awesome, really, really good.
The range of product was what drew us to the store in the first place, as there was just so much to choose from. It was all different stuff. It wasn’t the same sort of stuff that you find in all the other stores, which was a main draw card for us. Everything is good quality. We can actually see the good quality in the stuff that we’ve got.
When we looked around for quality for price. We were happy to pay a little bit more if it cost a little bit more just because we knew the quality was there.
What makes Minkz different, is the range you have there and the service as well, so it really is range and service you’re getting. Which surpasses any other stores You go anywhere else and they don’t know what they’ve got, they don’t have the design professionals there, where as at Minkz the staff know what products they’ve got and are familiar with the product and know exactly what to put with what, That makes it a lot easier for us to buy as well. We know what we want but you are actually able to put it together for us.
I would recommend Minkz and I have done to everybody!
