“What I love about Minkz s the modern furnishings. Everything we’ve been looking for, we could find in the one spot. That is a really big draw card for us.  We’d been looking around for a long time for different sorts of furniture.

We could not find what we wanted down here so when we found your store, we were over the moon.

Minkz design team formed  the ideas based on we wanted. Then came up with  exactly what we were after.

We called Minkz in for an interior design consultation for our new house. We wanted our brand new house to look good. They started from scratch. We loved going into the store. You know that from all the times we went in there. We could have a look and see what was around and point out what we liked. You then took it on board and wrote down what we liked and wanted and put it into a package that worked for us. Every step of the way. We really enjoyed dealing with you. It was easy. We didn’t have to search around any more. It was great It was comforting knowing you had somewhere you could go to- a design  professional as well. That was really good.

The end product was amazing! I loved it. It was probably a little bit better than we expected. Everyone we dealt with through the whole process has been very helpful, everyone was willing to do the right thing for us and basically get it right for us. Any thing I sort of said ‘hmmm I’m not happy with..’ – was whisked away and then we got it replaced with something we did like. So it was awesome. The only thing I was not happy about was –not having enough money to spend more.

Even down to the delivery boys, the whole process was good. The delivery boys were very friendly and always out with a laugh and a smile. It was amazing. The delivery boys and one of the girls came in,  put it all together in and it was all done and ready for us when we came home. It was awesome, really, really good.

The range of product was what drew us to the store in the first place, as there was just so much to choose from. It was all different stuff. It wasn’t the same sort of stuff that you find in all the other stores, which was a main draw card for us. Everything is good quality. We can actually see the good quality in the stuff that we’ve got.

When we looked around for quality for price. We were happy to pay a little bit more if it cost a little bit more just because we knew the quality was there.

What makes Minkz different, is the range you have there and the service as well, so it really is range and service you’re getting. Which surpasses any other stores You go anywhere else and they don’t know what they’ve got, they don’t have the design professionals there, where as at Minkz the staff know what products they’ve got and are familiar with the product and know exactly what to put with what, That makes it a lot easier for us to buy as well. We know what we want but you are actually able to put it together for us.

I would recommend Minkz and I have done to everybody!
