STEP 1 – Your “In Home Interior Design” Consultation
Your Minkz “Interior Design Consultation” is a one hour consultation at your home or property. Our Interior Design consultant will invest the time to find out your specific likes and dislikes and identify what look and outcome you wish to achieve.
From this understanding, we will give you verbal advice on furniture and homeware placement and suggest decorating options to give you the outcome you want.
Our consultant will take photos and then document your requirements. Your “In Home Interior Design” Consultation is generally 1 hour and is a $250 investment.
You are free to use our ideas and recommendations as you see fit, however if you proceed to purchase any of the recommended Furniture & Homewares you will receive a discount off the full retail price of all products.
STEP 2 – “Room Visualisation”
Minkz Interior Designers go that extra mile to take the hard work out of furnishing and decorating your home by doing it for you.
After your “In Home Interior Design” Consultation, you can opt for your Minkz Interior Designer to put together a complete Visual Representation of a Furniture and Homewares package set up just for you, showcasing selected product for the specific room that you want to furnish.
This service usually involves us investing between 3-7 hours reviewing over 1000 furniture and homeware items, and then selecting (and setting up) the absolute best package for you and your various rooms.
After setting this up in-store, an appointment is made for you and your partner/family to view your Furniture and Homeware “Room Visualisation”. The furniture and homewares will help you visualize exactly what your home will look like.
The investment for this service is $125 per hour, and will vary between 3-7 hours depending on the requirements. If you proceed to purchase a Minkz furniture & homewares package, your discount will offset this fee in most cases.
STEP 3 – “Done-For-You Delivery & Installation”
Minkz Installers take the hard work out of delivering and installing your furniture package by doing it all for you.
Our professional staff won’t just deliver your goods, but will also unpack and assemble them, place the furniture in the designated place (as directed by your Interior Designer), remove the rubbish and hang the art and paintings.
Your house will be left looking gorgeous. This service is not provided by other furniture stores, usually leaving it up to you to either sort it all out yourself or go out and hire multiple contractors.
Investment for Installation Services: Basic Delivery & Setup $125 per hour (2 men and truck – min 1hr) Picture Hanging Fee $40 per plug & Bed Installation $100ea. (Prices are for metropolitan area and additional requirements will be quoted separately)
